Oh it would. Usually when I play annie I burst from 70%-none on someone without a catalyst. Otherwise I have to rely on ganks to kill them with 100% chance.

something like that would be best to have as an option, but as far as dealing with a leblanc or brand, RoA would not make any difference at all.

I know that WotA grants much survivability, but against a nuke champion like lb, annie or brand you definitly need something else. They stun you and you might be dead until you can even cast a spell. So in my opinion this build rly needs something like Rod of Ages.

for survivability, WotA is much better than you seem to give it credit for.

as for the build, there really is a lack of Mana regen. I would suggest Morello's Evil Tome because that gives you mana regen, AP, and cdr (for constant draining and great survivability)

Nice guide, but i got to agree with purpleges. You have to add some survivebility other than Zhonyas Hourglass. Maybe throw in a Rod of Ages or a Rylais Crystal Ceptre to at least get some health Your build also lacks mana, so id prefer Rod of Ages. And you got a little mistake in your guide. You wrote armor pen marks instead of magic pen marks in your rune section. Just to let you know^^

Really lacking in health despite how close you have to be to do dmg.
