Yesterday i starded to think about it again, and i wanted to close that guide, but i dont know how:)
Reason:I think u have some great points here,.. i want to close it even harder now.
Except of @rag, u have the armor function right here, i didnt come up with it.

armor pen is MOST DEFINITELY better than ad runes early game. who the hell uses ad runes over armor pen... unless you are playing someone like jax who receives a passive buff from his total ad.

ad runes are outclassed in almost every single way by armor pen runes except for times like the one i just told you about.

i only skimmed over the guide because it is painful to attempt to read your terrible grammar.

im gonna downvote you now just because of your bad attitude and your terrible english on this english website.

For every 100 armor you have, it takes 100 PERCENT MORE attack damage to kill you. so if you buy a Thornmail, it will effectively increase the amount of AD you can take before you reach 0 life by 100%. It doesn't reduce it by 100 damage, it reduces the damage taken by a percent, according to the amount of armor you have. so someone with exactly 0 armor will take 100% of your (ad)attack.

most champs at level 1 start with average armor rating between 20 - 40. so taking away 25 of their armor means you will do A LOT more damage than you would, just having attack damage runes. if le blanc has 30 armor, and you have 25 armor pen, you will be hitting with almost the full force of your total AD. which is why armor pen runes are almost always the better pick, especially if you chose doran's blade or long sword as your first item

So i read it all, and I found a part, that is very wrong, and I wanna point it out, so u will fix it.
Before that, I just gotta say, that getting LW so early isn't smart, but getting LW in general is of course very smart. Im starting t think that the whole basic idea on which u based your guide on, is totly wrong. I think That because u saw that the top rated ashe guide does not have LW in it, means that people dont buy LW on ashe. That is just stupid.
The fact that a guide on mobafire doesn't inculude LW, doesnt mean ****. It's an EXTREAMLY OUTDATED build. Right now, and basically sinse the whole Offtanks meta, all ashes buy LW( most of the time of course). That build, people dpnt use it anymore, and if u wanna know how people do build ashe, take a look at the second top rated ashe guide. Its somethin like that.

So here is the wrong part:
Lets compare this guide with top rated ashe guide, ashe vs ashe, (if we beat ashe we will beat every one sooner than top rated ashe, that is becouse of the fact that more armor one have, more dammage we will do cuz of LW)

TopRatedAshe: 232 - 232 * (70-15-45-20)/(70-15-45-20+100) = 232 damage (it will not go under zero armor!, and that damage is only done in 3rd consecutive hit.
While at first hit that would be: 232 - 232 *(70-15-15-20)/(70-15-15-20+100) = 193 damage
And lets have another champ with 80 armor (so that topRatedAshe will not loose no armorPen)
she now deals 232 damaeg also.

MyAshe: (vs ashe)328 - 328 * (70-28)/(70-28+100) = 231 damage
(vs 80 armor) 328 - 328 * (80-32)/(80-32+100) = 221 (that is the biggest diference, where MyAshe is worst)
When we meet with champ of 90 or 100 or 300 armor, MyAshe is bether (wayBether)

First, u miss the fact, that the guy buys Starks, because its good to have on a team. Obviously it is not a good DPS item, and obviously u do more damage with .
Also, U miss the fact that he has more attack speed with his build

So, im not trying to say u are stupid or simething. U worked hard in order to help lol players.
The problem is, that u think that by showing that ur build makes more damage than the Toprated ashe build, means something... u dont prove anything by showing that... A mobafire guide, is after all, just a guide!! always remmber it. U see, it has 94% rating, one of the highest, and however no1 use it anymore. U say that LW is underated, and yet it actually not. It's a great item.

Bottom line, Arp marks are the best marks, and buying LW so early, is not a good idea.Get it later, when people get armor.
I agree with AD Quints, but with the marks not. Also try out mana regen seals and per lvl MR/CD reducion glyphs. It's better. well imo atleast, try it and decide

What u just said is completely wrong, it drives me crazy.
AD RUNES ARE FOR BETTER EARLY-MID GAME, ARP IS FOR LATE. Not the other way around!
moreover saying that early game is the most important section of the game, is just stupid. Everything can change in late-game.
All over Your comment makes no sense.

Now about the build. Here is what you are thinking wrong. First, I see no reason for getting AD marks. I put Flat AD Quints for all my AD carries, because Its awesome early damage. But taking it for marks makes no sense. Arp marks are the best marks, so just take them. 17 Arp holy ****... thats **** ton.
In addition to that,, rushing LW is not smart imo. Why? because people dont got a lot of Armor so early. U are much better off with items that brings you more damage, Crit, and Mobility. Aka and . I think you should maybe think on that again... How ever I wont -1, because I Appreciate your hard work, and I think that if u will work on it more, it can be a great source of information.
Just to be sure, im gonna read the graphs part again, but im pretty sure LW so early isn't smart.

In intruduction i say: how armor pen, armor reduction, and % armor pen works..
Armor Pen are defenetly not bether than AD early game.

PLZ if ppl vote or have any pros or cons, read my guide first.

you are forgetting that 25 armor pen is 25 armor pen. champions can go negative armor rating just like magic resistance. it is simply better early game than ad runes are. just depends on how you play, if you want a better early game you get armor pen runes.

early game is also, by far the most important section of the game.

basically, you are going to have a tougher time getting to the late game to use last whisper's full strengths. have the armor pen runes instead of ad runes and buying LW means you will have an easier and more consistent game.
