Just one question: Why on earth would you play LB as a support? If you really want an AP kill threat support, why not Annie or Morganna? they team fight better and can offer more utility.
Because.....it's fun! I sometimes switch lanes if the my ADC is getting destroyed and she does a good job if shes already past lv6. Shes a carry killer after all, sometimes the support can only watch as I burst down the enemy carry.
#1. Annie (84 Played): 56% winrate
#2. Tristana (34 played): 74% winrate
#3. Riven (28 played): 57% winrate
All remaining champions she played have a 50% or less winrate. Her LeBlanc statistics are:
#5. LeBlanc (14 played): 36% winrate with a KDA of 1.83:1
While the guide might be helpful, I think the author is disingenuous in stating she is a Platinum 5 player due to her main champion, LeBlanc, when it seems this player is very adept at ADCs and Support (based on the annie KDA 3.5/5/10.2).
For the support section, you should have focused on whom LeBlanc does well against instead of with. You can rarely go wrong with lots of damage, but say the enemy's a Caitlyn and you'll never hit her and QQ all day, for example.
Also, how do you feel about the argument of maxing W for its cooldowns? That is the primary argument for maxing W over Q (as far as I know), so it seems rather strange to see the waveclear issue addressed but not this one.
Finally, E actually has the best scaling of all 3 spells, at 100% for both procs. You might want to fix that and mention it's unreliability as for why not to max it first.
