First i would like to talk about Leblanc as a champion. She hits very hard at all parts of the game if you play her now and if you do you'll be having the other team qq and complain about how "op Leblanc is." Utilize all of your skills, which i'll be talking about soon, to their fullest extent and even as survivability and chasing down opponents. She has no mana problem whatsoever so i personally do not get archangel even tho it is a very good choice you can take it instead of an item if you want. Her skills work really well with each other and her W is God at tower diving and she just rocks peoples world.

First is her Q which is a single target nuke when your fed and trust me ive done half peoples health with her Q at max level. When it hits a target it puts a mark that can be activated by doing magic damage to the target. When the mark activates it does damage and silences the target so try and go for casters but when you utilize this build to its fullest potential you can use it on anyone effectively. EXTREMELY LOW CD.

Second is her W which is an AOE mini Kassadin ult and when activated you can port back to the place you just caster it in. Its like going from Point A to point B then back to point A again but going back to point A isnt mandatory so this skill is very good for chasing or even harassing and then getting back so you dont get hit. This skill is a perfect set up for your E as well but ill get into more of that later. This skill is perfect for getting into and out of team fights with ease, Running from pursuers and chasing down people to just destroy. LOW CD.

Third is your E which is a skill shot that kind of reminds me and everyone i know of Morgana's ult with a slow and a snare instead of a stun. This skill is AMAZING for chasing down and getting away from targets because it is so good in kiting enemies. LOW CD.

Last but certainly not least is her R which when used activates her last spell casted and if the enemy is hit it does 20% bonus damage. Now this is the game changing skill. You have to know when and where to use her R because all of her skills can be used very effectively with it. Since it is on such a low CD you can used your W and after that R to get away or to even chase someone down. Even throwing down 2 E's on a person is just funny to watch. But this skill in conjunction with her Q is just a double silence if you can get another skill off, but dont do it right after because obviously silences dont stack. Low CD.

Oh yea i forgot to mention her passive is a mini shaco ult too except you stealth also pretty useless am i right? ... WRONG ... THIS PASSIVE IS AMAZING ONCE YOU DROP BELOW 40% HEALTH YOU STEALTH FOR 0.5 SECONDS AND YOU GET A CLONE THAT DOES NO DAMAGE BU THATS FINE WITH ME CUZ THEN I DONT DIE AND GET AWAY WITH WHATEVER SKILLS I HAVE UP WHICH WITH ALL THEIR LOW COOLDOWNS IS ALL OF THEM.

EARLY GAME (TAKE MID)
For levels 1-5 you really wan to try and harass because people highly underestimate Leblanc's power. By the time you get to level 3 you should be able to get first blood if you harassed efficiently and aren't low health. the combo i use is Q-W-E BUT the skills you use are highly dependent on the position your in ( Your right next to the person do not use W unless you need it to secure the kill just use Q-E and then W so they dont somehow get away). If you didnt already get first blood you should get it at level 6 unless you were outplayed which if you are playing her right you should not be getting out played.

MID GAME (GANK)
For levels 6-11 you should be getting a decent amount of kill and Gank ALOT i normally am 4-0 or have participated in 4 kills the entire game already. If you are absolutely destroying the team then you'll obviously have more assists and or kills (IF ,and this is a very big if, you do not have alot of kills and dont expect alot of kills get a haunting guise and sell it later for a void staff.) Your skills should be scaling very well and you are a magnificent tower diver if anyone except a tank is half health on their tower your should be able to Distortion in and secure the kill.

LATE GAME (WRECK HOUSE)
For levels 12-18 you should have alot of stacks in mejai's and if the other team is FF you ,which if you are doing good they will, use your skills to pick off a champ and jump out and constantly do this until you think you can stay in the fight. Your Q and R in conjunction should andd will do a **** ton of damage. only way you can really die alot Late game is if they have a lot of stuns, you have no tank what so ever, or if they got extremely fed. If they have not already surrendered at this point then good for them you get to have more fun in killing people and chewing bubble gum.

ITEMS EXPLANATION
Dorans ring: First i pick up Dorans ring because of the health bonus you get from it, because of the ap boost you get from it, and because of the mana Regen you get; although LeBlanc doesn't have a mana problem it is still good to have.

MeJai's Soulstealer: Second i get Mejais because a good or even average LeBlanc should get a fair amount of kills from their lanes especially if they took mid. Ganking, which is the way to go because you are a nasty tower diver, will help your mejai's alot. If you don't expect a lot of kills get a haunting guise and then sell it later in the game for a void staff.

Sorcerer Shoes: This is an obvious choice because you want that magic pen. You dont need Boots Of Swiftness or Boots of Mobility because of your W and great maneuverability. You dont need Mercury Treads unless you see they are absolutely needed.

Abysmal Scepter: I get this item because your W puts you right in the face of the opponent and can reduce their Magic resist. Its also gives you Magic resist for more survivability. This can also be replaced with a void staff if you think its isnt a good item to get.

Rylai's Crystal Scepter: I get this item because of the good AP it gives and the health for more survivability. Its passive is also extremely use full which is slowing the target whenever you do Magic damage. You may think this item on her is dumb because she already has a slow, but remember that slow is a skill shot and lets say your chasing and your in a bad position to use your E put Q on the person and slow them to catch up and eventually use E and slow them for 50%. This is a very good item and i wouldn't skip it or take it out of my build at all.

Zhonya's Ring: This is unarguably the best AP item in the game and has a very good passive and active to boot. Ive always gotten up to this item in all of my games so don't think you should skip an item if you play her right.

Lich Bane: This is debatable because it doesn't matter what you get here I've put lich bane because it is a very good AP item and it proc's a passive that after you cast an ability your next hit does all your ability power in damage.

Blue Elixir: Get this whenever in the game you can even get it after zhonya's because it gives reduce CD which makes your abilities up even more often if at all possible. It also gives a good amount of AP and you'll be in the 1000's by no time.

SUMMONER SKILLS
I really like the ghost teleport combo because i can move about the map with teleport and get ALOT of kills if i am fed just by jumping on unexpected people trying to take my towers or even during early game to get back to my tower if im low on mana/health.
Ive never tried ignite on her but im sure it is good idk maybe ill try it next time i play her.

Well i have no idea how to put a picture here but i think you can trust me when i say i went 19-1-13 with Leblanc i mean its nothing too flashy but i have only played few games with her and im already in love.
