This is also the best build to build if you actually are blind, or are terrible at last hitting+terrible at teamfights+terrible at the game. Playing blind is hard. Drop wards all game (If you can buy them anyway) and w to them. Who cares where they are? Just don't mov eyour mouse and ward jump all day. Zekes makes you viable. If you hear other champions, walk that way and gives them auras. Sound like you're dying? Cool someone hit you, and you have 5k hp and a thornmail.
This build works. It just makes you feel... blind.
