as for laneing with lee i highly suggest buying dorans sheild because of its 120 HP 10 armor and those little but not insignivicant 3% lifesteal start out with Q and just poke you'r enemies a little untill you get lvl 2 so u can realy harras with all the armor pent from your runes(considering you buy the runes like i set them up..) lee's farming like any other champion means evrything....so even when i go into the lane i make sure i take the 2 golems regularly just because it gives a little gold its still worth more then lane minions...also when you leave your teammate solo for those lets say 30 secounds to pick those 2 golems he gains a bit more exp alone and you still gain as much by that little jungle route...

on your first time back you want to pick up boots lvl 1 just you have some mobility you will later on focus on mercury treads to reduce the time you'r stuned, slowed etc etc...and you need to be in the fight there for my runes and items are focused both on makeing a lot of dmg and still be very tanky so you are a true OFF TANK (DMG and TANK)...

playing lee sin requires some fast fingers ... starting from lvl 2 you can harras your oponents nicely with Q, normal attack and quickly return back to safety on your allied champion with your W or to your nearby allied minion :)

repeat the Q,W sequance as long as you need to untill you can pick up a safe kill ...
make sure you make good use of his passive...after evry skill you gain a little attack speed boost it is more then useful especialy when you are in the jungle...
