Introduction
I used to be a Lee Sin One Trick pony back in the days (season 5), but now I have diversified my champion pool to fit better for tournaments and teamplay. I still play a lot of lee sin and currently hold a 65% winrate in Diamond elo. My op gg: http://las.op.gg/summoner/userName=smasher
I also stream and have a small youtube channel, but those are in spanish, if you want you can check them here:

Lee sin is a super powerfull champion, but he also has some weaknesses. I don´t recommend everyone to play lee sin, he takes a lot of work and effort in practice to be able to play him "good", but man if you learn the ways of the monk you are going to have some next level fun times.
You will need to spend hours in practice tool (we didn´t had that a couple of years ago, use it, it will be your best friend) to lear how to do the insec move, to wardhop correctly and fast, to land qs, to do kick flashes, etc, etc, etc.
After you have the mechanics down you will need to lear how to position yourself. Lee can pick the fights he want to take because of his high movility kit, but he also is fairly squishy and decays late game, so you want to snowball the game early on and take meassured risk in late team fights. You can go for kicks on the priority targets or peel for your own carry if they are fed an carrying you in the late fights.
Try to put a lot of pressure in the map early on, invade and seek for enemy jungler, gank a lot and get kills both for you and your carries. Take objectives whenever possible (Fire Drake, Herald and Baron are the most important ones). For example: if a Fire drake is in the pit, prioritize ganking bot so you can kill them and then take the free drake.
