Lee Sin, one of my favorite Champions thus far.

This is my guide on Lee Sin, The Blind Monk. Lee Sin is a strong champ, capable of doing steady damage over a specific period of time. I play him more of a, "Run in and **** yo' **** up", kind of champion. Did I mention this was my first build? :D

Change Logs! Who reads these? Pfft.

4/2/2011 - Guide added, barren form. Set up for bigger changes.

Runes, Runes, Runes. I like 'em.

Now, being as it may, most people who write a guide focus on Arm. Pen, Health, Cooldown Reduction, and the latter. Where as I focus for attack damage for that "LULZWURTHY" First blood double kill, which I have gotten on many occasions.

My Set(Recommended):

See the above rune section.

NOW - I will explain why.

The runes I use are for the pure "Lol u b carry n' dat DPS shreds through me like a spiked ***** lulzuzlzul." Most people will argue to a extended point that Armour Pen is the best route to take with any Melee Champ, don't get me wrong; it's a good idea and all, but a mix between Attack Damage & Armour Penetration is A LOT better than just pure A. Pen.

Alternatives:

I haven't experimented as much, so for now we'll leave this barren.

Items! Who could live without these?!

Hello my good friends, now today we will be talking about ITEMS! Now for Lee Sin, he himself isn't dependent on the item actives, more as the items themselves, because he is Lee Sin, the Blind Monk. For my item build I usually get the generic boots and 3 health pots, move to Berzerkers Greaves, and then get a Pickaxe. I usually get fed quite often, even being level 30. I immediately go for Infinity Edge because the runes I use and the Greaves give him enough attack speed for kills, and let's face it, Infinity Edge's passive: 250% Critical damage now. End game, fighting in a team fight; I myself have hit 1000+ on a champion. But nontheless, it's an amazing item to have and behold, because of the passive; and it's exponential +75 Attack damage. After that, I immediately build a Phantom dancer. Because we have Ghost, and because we are of course playing: "Lee Sin, the Blind Monk", we can give chase at a great speed, and "**** YO **** UP!" After Phantom dancer, I get the beloved Black Cleaver, the Passive, Attack Damage bonus, and Attack Speed bonus, speak for themselves. After that, I build into a Bloodthirster, for the awesome Life Steal, up to 100 Attack Damage, and increasing Life Steal as well. And I know people will say: "WELL HE HAS HIS W TO HEAL!", But what if that's on CD and you're forced into a team fight? WHERE ARE YOU REBEL FRIENDS NOW!? They're in Hoth, but the Lifesteal from Bloodthirster has saved me a nice few times, paired with just itself, and the W. Now last but not least, TRINITY FORCE! This item right here is pretty damn awesome. Except Lee Sin, the Blind Monk; doesn't use Mana. Oh well. I've only gotten this full build ONCE. And be wary, I well, "****ED **** UP."

Masteries

See the above masteries section.

I go 21-8-1.

Defence
Ghost.

Skill Sequence! This one's going to be simple.

Q-Q-E-E.

Lee's Q can be very hard to land, because it moves slightly slower, not instantly. And you hit E-E right when you get up to them, and you're in the clear.

Summary

TL;DR.

Lee Sin is a fun champ, and he's worth the buy if you can get him. I go 21-8-1, see item build, runes, and Masteries, play him slightly aggresive, but remember you can die very easily. I made this plain and simple for you lazy-arses who don't like reading.

HAVE FUN SINNING!
