Very item dependant.
I have seen a lot of mastery combinations for Lee Sin, and then I've tried to find the one, I find most succesful.
Offense tree:
[Brute force] I take 3 points in Brute Force for som extra damage.
[Alacrity] I take 4 points in them for extra AS in the beginning.
[Weapon expertise] This is a great mastery, and it is mostly a late-game mastery.
[Deadliness]I take only two points in this, so that I can max Havoc.
[Havoc] Great late-game mastery. I put 3 points in this.
[Vampirism] I put 3 points in this. It gives a lot of jungle sustain.
Defense tree:
[Hardiness] I take 3 points in this mastery. It gives you some sustain early game in the jungle.
[Tough skin] I take 2 points in this, for the same purpose as hardiness.
[Durability] I max this mastery, because it gives a lot of HP late-game. Great mastery
[Vigor] This allows you to stay longer in your jungle.
[Veteran scars] This is one of the best masteries. It gives you a lot of early game sustain.
[Bladed armor] This is a great jungle mastery.
