Yea sorry about that i'm working on re-configuring his items a little. The catalyst will have an item it builds into just haven't quite got one that flows with twitch yet. Ill push to update this asap.

Well if you take a look at the Viable / Non-Viable Spell Block, I explain why ignite would not be an optimal choice for twitch.

Also what do you mean by "Unfinished item build"? The item build has improvements planned for it however its a finished item set. I will be removing and adding as better items come to par.

Unfinished item build? Improvements can definitely be made. As for the summoner spells, heal is great, but using it on Twitch is only decent early game. That being said early game Ignite or Surge is definitely better than heal.
