Gold Quintessence aren't effective anymore due to the changes to support income and support items. Put amor into Quints instead and switch armor seals to health seals - mathematically better especially if you run armor in Quints. For Marks you can take armor or some offensive stats like flat AD.
There are plenty of points not making 0/30/0 worth it in comparison to 9/21/0 or 0/21/9. For instance
