Ability Order

Leona Passive Ability

Introduction

Tank Leona with CC ****** and some AP damage. I'm busy at this moment so I will go more indepth later on.

Runes

CDR 2 quint, MR 1 quint
MR 9 mark
Armor 9 seal
CDR 9 Glyph
~13 armor + MR for tankiness
at lvl 18 with items and materies you will be able to get 40% CDR

Masteries

9-0-21
again, CDR
on utility tree some gold per 10 sec and mana regen.

Items

Regrowth pandent+ red pot
Philosophers.
if u feel good, get heart of gold, not so good, boot then HoG.
Mercury's Treads.
Sunfires for the armor + HP + farm
rylai for the slow + some AP
lich bane for MR + movement speed + a little bit more damage + more mana pool
Shurelya's reverie for the CDR
Randuin's omen for more armor + HP + HP regen + more slow

Skill Sequence

u shud start off with a lil bit more than 30 armor / 40 MR. so grab Q 1st for the early gank, kill, w/e. then E for that gank. and finally at lvl 3 ur W, the shield.
Skill max order shud be RWQE

Summoner Spells

Ghost/Flash + Exhaust seems to do the trick.

Summary

Ther it is, the tanky CC motherload. with CDR, massive tankiness, specially with W, and the bot of AP + lich bane + sunfires, you will be one heck of a tank.
