It's funny that you made this guide, because I was at work and thought about a per 5 build. Its a great build. Leona is in dire need of gold and that helps her accomplish it without sacrificing any tank. Our items are a bit different, but I do agree with your concept of how to build her with runes and per 5 items. If you ever wanna play a game my name is the same as this one.
