Not many seems to have seen this build. I guess ppl often just take the build with the most votes, instead of browsing for unseen but great material like this. //Beomene Bysesse

Even without counting on Eclipse being up, the balance looks a bit off on the resists-heavy side. If you haven't tried it yet, I'd suggest experimenting with more health and seeing how it feels. I guess you don't need Kindlegem for CDR, but a Giant's Belt before or after Glacial Shroud feels about right.

MTaur,

Thank you for your replies. I will try to address your points:
* Health vs MR: I have Warmog's in there as a novelty "last resort" item; the build up until that point is usually more than enough. While Eclipse is capable of making up for what flat health doesn't give for about 6 seconds, I feel more comfortable with constant resists in any prolonged fights. It's both personal preference and specific to the match you're in.
* Flash: I agree and like your applications. Flash is what I used with Exhaust for months until experimenting. I have no real preference for the second summoner spell!
* HP5 mastery: I agree once again. I'll consider switching it around!
* Distracting: Leona's usually, maybe never, at Singed level, but she can be a decent decoy unless the other team's fed to hell and back, in which case that would not be a good idea. I didn't imply too well that it's a possibility and not encouraged. This would be a great time to troll with Flash, though.

About distracting the other team... This can be really dangerous. The result could be that they poof you in two seconds and it's just free gold. As far as evading teams all on your own goes, Leona isn't Shaco or Singed, and I suspect a halfway good team wouldn't let you live for long outnumbered away from your turret. Leona is ok at pushing and can't really backdoor, so smart players won't prioritize her so much unless she's just free gold waiting to happen. They can afford to wait for a convenient time to come after you. Fast-moving AD auto-attackers like Master Yi are better at this. Also Sivir, and sometimes I see Xin Zhao.

Baiting them when help is on the way can sometimes be good, if you know the timing is going to work out. Sometimes, you're in a bush and your help isn't quite there yet, but you know you can Eclipse three or four of them in the face if you stay rather than run. If they follow you to three teammates *and* behind your mid turret, then they could be in trouble.

Basically, Zenith Blade should never be used 1v2 or more when you're truly isolated... 1v1 is too dangerous if you don't know for sure no one else is around. Getting them to chase you toward allies is one thing, but coming right to them is suicide. A stun and an Eclipse from the bushes followed by running away can sometimes work to bait them, but one snare, stun, or Exhaust can ruin you if they're fed.

The times I've had tank bait ruin the game for us is when our team got tricked into chasing them way too far and got way out of position, far away from the turrets, way out in the jungle, and with damage coming at them from everywhere and chaos ensuing as everyone tried to run away and just falling one by one. But if they're smart, they'll kill you quickly if they can, and know when to give up otherwise.

An early-ish Giant's Belt and proper use of Eclipse will save you a lot more than Force of Nature; simply put, you have a lot of resists when you really need them already if you play it right. If Warmog's Armor is overkill, then the belt can be made into something with utility like Frozen Mallet. The other thing about Warmog's Armor is that you won't charge it up if it's a last item. Grabbing a Kindlegem early for a partially-completed Reverie gives you two *very* valuable stats, and you don't have to upgrade to Reverie until you're comfortable or need the item space.

I used to get 20-30ish CDR on Leona, but now I try to max it by mid-game whenever possible, including 2% from runes to balance out the masteries. It's just that useful, in my experience.

About Flash - the other thing I do with it is Zenith Blade in + Eclipse + Shield of Daybreak (+ Solar Flare if it's up and it's a swarm) when at I'm at low health and Flash out. It's really dangerous, but being able to chip in one more time can make a big difference, and if they're baited by it, that's a bonus. Or you can just use Flash to tank the turret until the last possible moment, Flashing after the last shot you'll be able to sustain is fired (but before it hits). Admittedly, I don't do well with turret dives generally, but some games, it so obviously has to be done.

And with the masteries... with a Philosopher's Stone, I'd feel comfortable with the HP5 already and move those mastery points over to Mercenary and Veteran's Scars .
