I think the main thought behind Chalice is getting it for some MR...I think.

Your main use as AD is AAs and your cougar form, both of which do not use mana. The spell you will probably spam the most is your heal.

Quints...take AD. But the rest you need to put the usuals in. If you have no defensive runes and your opponent does then he could just AA you to death and all in you a little easier.

also scales with 1.0 of your AD as compared to .24 of your AP.

(If I'm wrong...or it feels wrong...feel free to correct me)

That's right, my runes are full damage one because we need to dominate lane hiding behind minions farming and playing aggresive. VS and DFG combines with cougar Q which makes damage unbeleviable (cougar Q is magic damage)
I have quintesence, thanks for saying, i forgot about them =)
Some tips or thoughs?
EDIT. Chalice let you use your mana without much thinking of conservating it =)

Ummm...I'm not sure if is 100% necessary in certain match-ups. and DFG. Um...naaaaah.

Also you don't have any quintessence along with having 2 sets of marks. And all of them are straight damage. Errrr...
