I have found that later in the game his damage does drop a lot and his ult doesn't do as much to none-squishies. A few games I have played vs a straight AD Wukong, they dominate well into late game and their ult does massive damage.
A very fun build, good for chasing and skill spamming but relies on your team following up your ult to make up for the lack of damage. Very good at defending points, but diving and straight up 1vs1 he is lacking. Very good for destroying creep waves when pushing with the team as you're able to spam E and Q.
Some changes I made to masteries: I took out the points from butcher and put them in deadliness. The 4.5AD isn't great but is better than a bit of damage to minions (which I don't find myself farming much of anyway).
Also, I split the resistances 2/2 and go for Vetrans scars. You might not agree but, imo, 57 hp is better than 4 resist points. It's 35 extra HP at lvl 3 and 57 at 18.
As for runes, I find that the Flat Armor Seals help with the initial exchange at top where most damage is from auto-attacks, but per level MR Glyphs are better imo. You level really fast in Dom so they get better than flat MR quickly.
As for Summoner Spells, I like to take Ghost instead of Fortify. Though I spend most of my time defending points or pushing with the team, there are times when you need to stop a back door or get back to top after a death. Ghost has saved many points for me and makes up for his lack of speed boost skill. I also find that it can help avoid ganks and chase early on when Decoy still has a long CD and Trinity isn't finished yet.
As Wukongs autoattack damage per second is pretty weak (compared to le sin or master yi for example) his main strenght are his skills. Here, cdr helps A LOT. One must just learn how to successfully juke enemy, avoiding his attacks, for this short time of cooldown duration (which is not very difficult with decoy). Then Wukong strikes again. Double kill, triple kill - it's all very possible now. He is 40% more present in fight, one must just control him well, keeping him in a safe zone before his next attacks.
I'm very curous how this build works in Summoners Rift and I will test this soon. For now I know it works miracles in Dominion, often giving me like 5 wins in a row with 1st or 2nd best score in the team.
why i cant play burts/CDR on SR ?
Too be honest, I have not tried it yet. However, Dominion and Summoners rift are two different beasts. Your more than welcome to try it out on SR, let me know how you do. :)
does wukong still got bugs ? and should i play him tank/DPS or AD burst/CDR .
Wukong's animations can still be quite buggy, but they have fixed some of them. I prefer playing burst/CDR on Dominion, but go for the tanky build on SR.
Just a quick note. Greater Quint of Desolation set to 9. Should be 3.
Oh good catch, thanks :D
Nice Build Man ^^ +1
Thanks :D
