Akshan's hardest-scaling ability is his ult, which is my favorite part of him. This build is designed to make the ult do high damage without the enemy having to be 1/4 hp. So I tested some stuff and now this is the build I use. It operates fine early and better late. I can't notice too much of a winrate drop because Akshan is overpowered. The first game I tested this was in One-for-All, where I used it to melt Sylas. In some cases I would use one ult on two enemies with 75% hp, and they would both die. I believe this to be the most powerful Akshan build operable by bronze players. Riot also unintentionally buffed it a few times recently, so this isn't a "bad build" as long as you aren't in Master+, which is outside the experimentation range.
