I'm down voting this because there is no viable information in this guide. It suggests standard AP assassin runes, standard AP mid build for auto attackers, the skill rotation is so obvious I don't understand why someone would come here to look it up. There is no masteries breakdown, or even a hint at a masteries build. The only information specific to C9HAI's ability or knowledge that is in this guide is simply his opinion on the best priority for skill maxing. He says that you have to be sneaky sneaky and do unexpected things for his assassinations to go well every time... Uhmmmm no, I'm going to repeat the same tactic and go face first into my enemy every time... DUH... Sarcasm aside, I can't believe this is the quality of information that we get from a world class player. Huge let down.

Very Good guide, except i have one thing to point out and like you're thoughts on it.
I noticed that 40% CDR on Fizz actually wins TFs more then going full AP with 10-20% CDR.
I've used your build so that i'm good with fizz thanks to you :) Although i usually go:
Flask + pots > Lich > boots > Hour glass/ Ab. Scepter > CDR boots > Staff > Morello > Deathcap

IMO 40% CDR on Fizz really helps me a lot, in TF i R+E in, then use Hour glass, when hour glass finishes my E is already up again so i take 0 damage. When i only have 20% CDR i still have 1-2 seconds CD for my E and then they can stun/kill you a lot faster.

This is almost the exact same build/runes/level order that the highest viewed/rated fiz guide for S4 on here. I mean, great guide if you want the C9 short n' sweet version but the other one is so indepth (and includes boots) and has such good situationals that I can't vote on this one as it's a dumbed down version of the other guide. Sorry. was going to buy Talon but Really have taken a liking to little Fizzy boy over here. Think he'll be my next buy. I just love having those real bursty ultimate skillshots that you can "cool guys don't look at explosions" with. But yeah, make yur guide more detailed or delete it because it is the same as like 3 fizz guides I've seen and they're far more indepth with fizz than this. Big fan of your other guides though so bit of a bummer. Ah well, you did just make it so hopefully you'll update it. Lots of love, Kadius.
