Introduction
Summoner Spells
Heal - I never take this summoner spell on lux. Most of the mid laners take ignite and ignite counters heal so i don't see the point of taking this.
Barrier - I take this almost every game. Lux is very squishy and barrier can block a lot of damage. Great Summoner on her!
Exhaust - Take it vs assassin's or if your new to lux as it will allow you to hit your q easier.
Cleanse - Take it vs champs that have a stun combo.
Teleport - Take it when your high mobile champs that will mostly likley roam.
Flash - Take it EVERY game. You can flash + q to engage or dis-engage. MUST HAVE!
Ignite - Useless on lux.
Combo's
Poke Combo ~ AA + E + AA
Harder Poke Combo ~ AA + E + AA + Q + AA
Ult Combo ~ Q + E + E + R
Harder Ult Combo ~ AA + E * AA + Q + AA + R
Make sure that in your "Ult Combo" you press E twice as it does more damage.

Other Roles You Can Play Lux In
Jung ~ This CAN work. There are a lot better junglers but it CAN work. It's really fun to play and can be powerfull.
Apc ~ Don't play her as apc. Lux is really bad in a 2vs2 and the poke from the enemy support will be to much. Its bad and doesn't work.
Support ~ If you want to play her bot lane play her as support (DONT GO FULL AP). It is fun and can be op. Be carefull of taking the kills from your adc.
