hi dear Cryo and other off meta enthusiasts when i'm looking at Lillia ingame it always feels like the character just can't be used to it's full potential because she just gets oneshot when trying to apply her passive to multiple people for her ult. so i wondered how do we fic this? well the first answer is to just get good wait for opportunities and play safe but that's boring isn't it? so the answer has to be going tank that's how you manage to do it and after looking into it a bit more i realized that Lillia actually has really bad ap scalings on her abilities a classic trademark of tanks ;p
