Introduction :
Lillia is a realy strong on early game you can put a lot of pressure only with Q/E and use W as a Move/Escape skill.
You have to pressure a lot on early game and get gold advantage otherwise if you are versus a tank/substain champs you will be less effective on mid-game if your opponent have tanking and and have CC and core items you shoud try to play with your team and roams or get ganks.
I need more match to give more information.
