I like lissandra for a couple reasons. 1. shes an ice champ (i like the cold theme) and 2. Shes a rock solid glass cannon :D

Pros:
She has a nice big gap closer
She has 2 ability-es to save her
She has nice solid damage all the way through game

Cons:
She tends to be played strangely or not at all
She is really expensive
Overall there are better champs out there for what she does (sadly)

Lissandra can be played 2 ways:

1. Limp-noodle: You cast your shard like a million times and never get close

2. SUPER MEGA AGGRESIVE: you claw in, freeze them all and shard them to death MUWHAHWHAHA

obviously i prefer the latter.....

Alright so here's what you do....

You throw your (e) in and click (e) again once its at where your target is at

THEN your (w) and then spam (q) (q) (q)

there's two ways that goes:

1. Yay kills! 2. OH SH**

2 doesnt have to end there but if you arent smart it can, basically you have to reverse your basic strategy and shard one more time for that little bit of "maybe kill" damage and then blast out your (w) then head out with your (e) if they catch you after that pop your zhonya's and see if anyone is around to help

IF THEY ARE: (w) (e) to them

IF THEY ARENT: Repeat the same process except use your ultimate instead of zhonyas to look around and if nobody is still around get ready to die and respawn and yadadadadada

Runes:
AP AP Magic Pen and CDR seem pretty normal to me for a good glass cannon
Masteries:
Damage and mana
Spells:
Ignite is obvious and clarity is so you can focus damage without building a mana booster item or going oom every 5 seconds.
Items:
As phreak says: "tons of damage"

i make these builds for a friend to show her how to use the champ as a start off point. This is NOT made for professional play in anyway and i specifically picked the spells/items/etc to tailor her play style with her champs.
