Story

There are warriors who become great for their strength, cunning, or skill with arms. Others simply refuse to die. Urgot, once a great soldier of Noxus, may constitute a case in support of the latter. Prone to diving headlong into enemy battle lines, Urgot sewed chaos throughout the enemy ranks, often sustaining grievous injuries in the process. When his body was unable to weather further abuse, the crippled Urgot was delegated the position of High Executioner of Noxus. By this time, his hands had been ruined and he could barely walk. Scythe-like grafts affixed to his maimed limbs served to carry out his bloody work.

Urgot finally met his end at what should have been his finest hour. Because of his military background, he often accompanied detachments into foreign territory to carry out judgment. After ambushing an enemy force, Jarvan IV, Crown Prince of Demacia, fell into the clutches of Urgot's division. Too far from Noxus to risk transporting their prize for ransom, Urgot prepared to dispose of their captive. At the final moment, however, the Dauntless Vanguard, led by Garen, the Might of Demacia, intervened, and Urgot was cut in two by the zealous warrior as he scrambled to free his Prince. In recognition of his service, the executioner's remains were remanded to the Bleak Academy for reanimation. A lifetime of abuse, however, had left his body in a catastrophic state; proving problematic to the necromancers' craft. Professor Stanwick Pididly, the prevailing scholar of Zaun, offered a solution. Within Pididly's laboratories, a nightmarish new body was forged for Urgot. Now as much machine as man, Urgot arrived at the League of Legends in search of the man who ended his life; necromantic energies coursing through his metal veins.

Introduction

Meet Urgot. Third man, Third machine, Third crab but all killer.

For those who have seen this crablike champion in combat he can be either a complete noob or a monsterous unstoppable killer that gets double, triple and sometimes if your lucky pentakills.

When I first saw Urgot in combat I was in awe at the pure power he was giving out, and at the extreme nub I saw playing him... Im not saying im any better but I do like to say that im decent!

In this guide i'll talk about the basics, why I've chosen the items ive chosen, the summoner spells etc etc.

Hope you enjoy!

Items

Okay I always start off with a Meki Pendant and 2 Health Potions so I can last that little bit longer in the game. When I can afford it I buy the boots of speed and the avarcise blade. The avarice blade is really just there so that I can get that little bit extra gold to help towards my more costly items the crit really doesnt help much at all aside from giving you the occassional crit on ur Acid Hunter this early in the game so feel free to skip out on the Avarice blade and go straight for the Mercury Treads. The brutaliser is my preferred item over the Avarice blade. If you arent getting the avarice blade go for this, as they both lead up to you buying the same item in the end being Youmuu's Ghostblade. Before we actually get the Ghostblade though we go for Manamune for the conversion of mana into attack damage. It doesnt seem like it would be very effective in the item build ive laid out but the restored mana on each hit is a must have for keeping those acid hunters flying off at the target. As you can see the next item ive listed is Last Whisper. This item i put in for the extra armor penetration as i have with the ghostblade. They both help out with having your Acid Hunters reak major havoc across the battlefield against tank and dps alike. Once you are at this point in the game it will most likely be over soon if your are going well and pushing hard in a 3v3, but now you want to get your hands on that Infinity edge. You should have your acid hunters about maxed by now and the Infinity edge is just the item to make them pack the extra kick they need. Your damage output can nearly double with this item, but its not very useful until you've built up the rest of your items thats why I leave it till later in the game to pick up but thats entirely up to you. With this item i can push out near 1k crits on acid hunters and my basic attacks can deal 700 - 900 damage crits. After the infinity edge the last item you want is the hextech gundblade. The gunblade is there to increase attack damage again and to give you a little bit extra ability power for your terror capacitor. The life steal and spell vamp on the gunblade are also quite useful for solo laning and taking on those champions who just dont want to die as it helps you to stay alive and keep firing off those deadly crits with your acid hunters.

Runes

I chose the armor penetration runes, the cooldown, and the mp5 runes over just straight mp5 or straight armor pen so that I have a balance between my abilities. The armor penetration and mp5 can be a big help during early game as the armor penetration will rip through that enemy tank's armor causing massive damage from your Acid Hunter's early game and the mp5 runes help with mana so you dont need to keep jumping back to the summoner platform as often and can lane for longer. The cooldown reduction runes are a big help through out the entire game as it helps make ur acid hunter fire off that little bit quicker and can sometimes be the difference between your target surviving and getting off that 1 last acid hunter before they reach that turret!

Masteries

The masteries ive chosen are mainly to do with the mp5 from utility and improving the ghost and the flash ability which are my main 2 summoner spells on Urgot. There are however not the only combination you can use there are many different combinations one can choose and im not saying to be good you NEED to pick these summoner spells to be pro. These are just the 2 I find most useful when playing my Urgot. My masteries are 11/0/19 like I said the utility points for cooldown reduction and mp5 and the 11 points in offense for the armor penetration / cooldown
which both help out alot with Urgot when solo laning in 3v3 or 5v5
