welcome to my Veigar built, he´s one of my favourite champions, because he deals a lot of damage and every magician like ryze, leblanc, swain or whoever hasn´t got a chance against Veigar.

I´ve chosen just AP runes per Level, because normal runes are just good for the start and the lategame is most important, as the earlygame in my opinion.

My Masteries... I skilled most of my points on Utility, because Veigar needs a lot of mana regenaration. I skilled a little on Offense , too, because of Sorcery and Archaic Knowledge. It gives cooldown reduction ( Very important for Veigars Q-Skill) and magic penetration. Rod of Ages, because you need mana and life again.

To buy doran´s ring first is the best you can do in my opinion, because you need mana reg. at the beginning. Boots of Swiftness, because veigar has got a little life and deff. It´s better for running away. Rabadon´s Deathcape first, because as Veigar you are bad if you haven´t got much Ap at the beginnig and additionaly your passive of your Q-Skill allows you to get one bonus AP every three last hits. After Rylais, cause you need some life and the passive is great for team fights or if you want to chase someone. Zhonya´s Hourglass, because against DPS chars like tryn or Master Yi you have some armament and if you activate the Active your skills are ready and you can use your ultimate for example twice. Lich Banes sounds a bit strange for Veigar but if you think about it is a great item. You use Baleful Strike and after you do for example 700 damage with a basic attack. It´s AWESOME!

I´ve chosen flash,because if he is running away with just a little life you can use flash and you can do your Q-Skill or ulti whatever. Teleport for 5 vs 5, because if you port back you can go back quickly and safe the turrets, or you can help allys.

As Veigar, you most farm AP with your Q- Skill. You must try to get every last hit with your Ability, you need very much mana for that and that´s because i spend my points on Utility.
