What to build vs a vayne with for example a nunu & willump?

Vs tank in general, i recommand Rageblade over Phantom with Kraken. Rageblade makes your Silver Bolts so powerful so their armor and health shouldn't matter once you got those items and attack speed

maybe im wrong but if they have no tanks or it is a bad matchup cant you max q 1st?

Heyyy maxing Q first could work against certain teamcomps bot for sure! It depends on your support also. If your support and the teamcomp allows you to Q in and poke a lot and you are not vs any tanks, go for it. I recommand picking up Noon and Pickaxe first items if you do, so it scales better with your Q
