Lightslinger (PASSIVE)
Lucian Passive Ability
Lucian is a caster-based Marksman who is most notable for dealing high burst damage and his mobility. His Piercing Light, Ardent Blaze and The Culling abilities, combined with the effect of Lightslinger make it easy for him to win trades, while Relentless Pursuit enables him to quickly reposition. He is short-ranged compared to many Marksmen, but this is covered by his mobility and his ability to both duel and team fight at the same time.
Pros / Cons

Does high burst damage with Piercing Light, Ardent Blaze, The Culling and Lightslinger.
Relentless Pursuit enables Lucian to reposition quickly, chase down fleeing opponents or run from them.
Piercing Light can be used as an effective poking tool.
Lightslinger enables Lucian to win most trades.
Relentless Pursuit can be used to dash over certain walls and ledges.
CONS

Has low range.
Lightslinger requires Lucian to auto-attack everytime he casts an ability, making him vulnerable to losing trades.
Mana-reliant for most of the game.
