With the recent popularity and strength of the Thunderlord's decree keystone mastery, do you think going thunderlord's with your build as it is, is better or do you just stick with the fervor? I can see the potential in both, however from my experience i like to run thunderlord's for some more early game damage. What's your opinion? :)

If you have played enough games on Lucian you can properly time his passive and correctly time his AA resets. By mastering this you get the same amount of AA in the end. Also Lucian is a Spell Casting ADC rather than a AA based ADC meaning that you are using your skills to do more dmg rather than auto attacks. :)

Why did you choose Quint of attack damage instead of AS ?

In my opinion and with experience in PBE and now, i believe that Essence Reaver into PD allows you to 1v1 almost any champion in the game as well as giving you enough CD to spam your E-Relentless pursuit to maximize your damage and remain mobile.

Youmuu's is a good item in general but for the sake of this build it simply doesn't fit. With essence reaver giving you passive CD based on Crit % yoummuu's simply puts you over the CD cap and is considered insufficient. The only build where i would buy yoummuu's is if I were to go IE>Boots>Yoummuu's>BT>etc... In this build there is not alot of attack speed and CD which makes yoummuu's a very powerful and effective item. Also with the revamp to his ult (his ult no longer scales of Attack speed it is now flat AD) lucian has become more of a spell casting champ rather than a attack speed based.

So would you say the best way to build is rush Essence Reaver and Rapidfire Cannon, or Essence Reaver and Phantom Dancer?

What do you think about Youmuu's? And why did you pick the items you chose? And would you go Fervor or Warlord's? Because with all the crit you got most people would go warlord's. Thanks for reading.

Trinity is nerfed and is not as good as it once was. Also Essence Reaver gives CD based on Crit%. And on top of that you get 60% crit from essence reaver and phantom dancer which is more than enough crit. Also essence reaver gives back 3% mana when you crit which is helpful because lucian is a spell based adc rather than a AA based adc.
