you are taking this build way to seriously it explicitly states that it is a troll build and in regards to stacking items with unique passives while you usually want to avoid this there are situations where doing so is no longer a bad idea I was in a game with an urgot who got a second infinity edge near the end of the game to great effect. can you tell me a another way to get 50 attack speed , 30 crit chance and 5 movement speed that only takes up one item slot and costs 2800 gold or less?
Rushing 1 IE on urgot is already a bad idea, as he doesn't rely at all on basic attacks.The reason?He has too short range.On the contrary,his Q can outrange the majority of abilities and deal a nice amount of damage as well.However, it doesn't apply on hit effects.Therefore,urgot needs tankiness and grabing a 2nd IE means he 's gonna lose a lot of it.
PS:The reason i didn't give an alternative for PD is that i don't wanna encourage people play lulu as an adc.It would be really troll to see for example one phantom dancer in this build being replaced by a statik shiv cuz it would be still a troll build anyways.
If you wanna do a pew pew Lulu, do it with nashor tooth and malady, it's really much better cause pix and lulu's abilities scale with ap. You will have strong damages and it won't even be trolling ;)

ahh touché my main problem with his post is he said not to do it without providing a viable alternative so I therefore assumed there probably wasn't one
