I made this because I didn't know why people go AD attack speed instead of AP attack speed on lulu and I think this dose more damage (won't know for sure till that cool test mode goes live) ,but even if this build doesn't do more damage I like that more items can tie into this build than AD attack speed (like rod of ages) and I like this build also because all of your actual skills are better because they scale off of AP,so you might actually be more affective in team fights as well.
