**** these ppl, MOST guides about supports on in top10 (Janna, Soraka, Sona...) contains health quints (or gold quints, its viable as you can see in my Runes section) and have normal items like Shurelya's Battlesong Aegis of the Legion Locket of the Iron Solari and there's NOTHING TANKY on it...

If you want to play with BAD BUILD AND RUNES, its your choice.. good luck with failing, feeders..

I dont really like using those health quints or building her as a tanky support. The presentation of the guide is excellent though, just not a fan of the items/runes, sorry! :(

I agree with most of your AP build.
Though theoretically, I prefer Morello's or Nashor's above Deathfire, Sorcerer's above Ionian and Banshee's + Zhonya's above Rod of Ages + Abyssal.
With Morello's you have more AP, more mana regen, and more cooldown. With Nashor's you make better use of your passive and you have 25%Cooldown Reduction!!!!!
Boots: Makes up for partial loss with Abyssal and you already have enough Cooldown Reduction.
I know, with Banshee's you have a bit less resistance, but that is made up for with its passive.
More AP and armor with Zhonya's and there is the passive of course.
You do have a bit less HP and Mana, but the spell block and armor should cover that.

Bad Build

Nothing speshul. Play Lulu more before you make such an early guide. Not enough games = not enough experience. Rune choices aren't extremely well thought of (like maybe use Greater Mark of Armor gold generation seals and quints for starters). Guide is also quite short but appealing. In other words, "Meh". +1

Locket of the Iron Solari its a great item at bot with a support im ad carry , when my friend use it , i harass without having problem, nice guide deserve +1

She isn't tanky at all, just some cosmetic survivability. If I were tanky support, my first item would be Frozen Heart... It's possible to combine both builds in some effective way ofc.

Glitterlance is strong ability when maxed up faster, but I'm support and I need strong shield and long disable to support well.

Aesthetically it looks good, but I don't really like your build..

The idea of building Lulu as tanky support just seems wrong to me.

I really enjoy playing Lulu as a lane poke, going bot lane as a "support" focusing on constantly harassing the enemy bot duo. I find this insanely effective if you skill Glitterlance first, using the Q+E combo to harass easily.

Building more AP oriented support items to actually be able to work as a effective harasser during all phases of the game has really worked out for me.
