Your choice in masteries are good. I usually max Glitterlance first and then Help, Pix second because Glitterlance offers lots of poke. As for boots I find that Boots of Mobility are by far my favorite. As I'm a support I usually get the Totem as my trinket. You may also want to focus a bit more on mana as it allows you to stay in lane much longer.

i strongly disagree with a lot of your runes, masteries and items.

i haven't played lulu as a support this season but i do not see myself buying half of them. maybe if they were better explained why you chose them over ones you did not get. im sure everyone knows why you GET something... but knowing why you CHOOSE IT OVER SOMETHING ELSE is the real question.

Still disagreeing with runes, masteries, skill sequence (I strongly believe W should be maxed second) and lots of situationals

I plan on updating the build within the next few days the build itself may or may not stay the same but it will be more well organized and i'll explain my choices in more detail.

The rework is up, so please let me know what you think.

It seems they changed relic shield so ill have to fix that later

I don't see how your mastery choices are self-explanatory. Actually, other choices seem weird to me as well. Might want to explain some more, or change it around.

Edit: I saw the abilities now, my fault. Maybe rename the "Spells" to "Summoner Spells"?

I'll rename the Spells page to make it easier for people to find as well had a pros and cons.
