LULU - THE FAE MACHINE GUN [Pro/In depth ADC Lulu Build]
I finally got back to PC last year, but the specs is so low, it's literally impossible to play League with it. However, I'll be able to get a new PC few months later, and then, the guide will be updated.
I got my first PENTAKILL with Lulu.

In the 3.15 patch yesterday they upgraded Lulu's passive damage to 9/21/33/45/57/69/81/93/105 (from 9/18/27/36/45/54/63/72/81)
Her E shield strength was increased to 80/120/160/200/240 (from 60/105/150/195/240)
And her mana cost for her ultimate was reduced to 100 at all levels (from 150 all levels)
So does anything change?

As soon the patch come, I play her to test her power. She become stronger and more stable in both late game and early. She also now won't need so much mana, and won't run out of mana so fast on team fight. Also the shield is good, since we need higher shield but we don't have AP items.

A buff on all levels only makes her stronger.

However, to the guide author, you should go learn how to actually play AD
Literally the first thing you did was downvote + condescendingly asking "what level/elo are you?", while providing no feedback on the guide itself whatsoever. What were you expecting, that someone would thank you for asking?
It's not inherently rude or condescending to ask someone what level/elo they are... It's not Vyn's fault that the guide writer is extremely sensitive about their tier. Actually, I would go as far as to ask what elo/level the author was after seeing how bad the guide is would usually be the next logical step.
The author could have just replied with their tier and asked, "Why did you downvote?", but instead, calls Vyn mean for asking a completely legit question AND puts words in his mouth:

EDIT: Honestly, I don't really care about your respect for me personally or for me as a scout. I'm not going to start pointing fingers like "you started first", I think we both know revenge voting or flaming isn't the way to go and that's all there is to it.
Since you likely didn't know me, you didn't know that I'm always quite short on my first comment because there simply are too much terrible guides out there which needs to be downvoted. I always respond to questions regarding my comments though. Also, a lot of guide writers don't even bother with their guide after uploading it which would make writing a detailed review on my first look a huge waste of my time.

Thanks to both of you who see my point, im seriously try not to be rude and all, but well....im not even doing it and he just do this to me.

Honestly I downvoted because the guide is pure trash. I only downvote trash guides, as easy as that.

I don't need to read the full guide to judge that this is BAD, just VERY BAD. I don't just randomly downvote guides without a good reason. All my downvotes have proper reasoning and I comment it on about 3/4rd of my downvotes. Also, you (very likely) having revenge-voted my guide is really, really sad to do.
Unorthodox things are fine, I do it myself regularly as well and I have upvoted unorthodox guides in the past (AP varus, for example) but I only do so when it is being built properly. Your build made me suggest that you are (A.) not level 30 yet or (B.) Bronze 5.
Now thats better, honestly I know your downvote is legit especially since you are scout, but the image you give to me is bad, really bad.
People here are right, if you treat me based on what I do, I also do the same. And seriously ? im not being rude at all, if you show me you can respect and explain properly from the beginning, I wont doing revenge vote. For me, revenge is only allowed not for fun, but for people who deserve Judgement.
And yes, I remove my downvote to your guide, but I regret it after seeing your next comment, honestly people, did hurting others really that fun ? constructive critic is good, but by being being rude, you destroy everything.
