Sugest: take Furor into consideration since its really good on assassins like Diana is and also help with AA for proc your passive when chasing someone. Hope it helps...

About iceborn gautlet.. yeah, it seems kinda weard. I put it in here cause I tried it a few times and it was funny on tanky Diana. But I'll test it again as soon as I can and decide if I will remove it from the guide.

It's not that her passive is weak. It's not weak but it's not strong enough early game to justify rushing a Nashor's Tooth. The only champion I would rush Nashro's Tooth on is Kayle because she has a strong ranged AA steriod that benefits A TON from attack speed. And the CDR helps with her Ultimate. The attack speed doesn't benefit Diana that much early because like I said her passive isn't that strong early game. The CDR is fine on her but not that amazing since her Cooldowns aren't that long. The only thing left that benefits Diana greatly is the 60 AP. She needs damage in order to burst squishies and AP is the way to go. Nashor's Tooth just doesn't provide all that much for Diana when rushed. If you buy it later on it's okay but like I already said if you really want your passive enhanced autos to hurt Lich Bane would be better.

Appearance - No complaints. The guide looks beautiful. The guide graphics are a perfect fit for Diana. Well done!
Cheat Sheet - So much choices. Some are unnecessary and some are bad. The first mistake you made in both of the Cheat Sheets is a spelling one. It's "Then Buy" not "Than buy". Second, Nashor's Tooth is a poor item on Diana especially if you rush it. Early on your passive doesn't really do that much damage. Rushing it is a big waste and you won't be as powerful if you rushed something like Abyssal Scepter instead. Even if you don't rush it it's still a poor item on her. A Lich Bane would be more helpful if you want your passive enhanced autos to hurt. Third, I saw some weird items (for Diana) in there (even if they are optional). Why would you buy Iceborn Gauntlet on Diana o.O? Makes no sense. Finally, I would recommend merging both builds/cheat sheets. Diana is an AP Assassin and nothing more. You can't really play her as a DPS Mage. You could build a bit more tanky and play her as an AP Bruiser but that's about it.
Viability - Excluding some of your item choices (*cough* Nashor's *cough*) and mastery choices (19/11?) everything else looks viable.
Tidiness - No complaints
Spelling Mistakes - Found some but they're not important. Spell check the guide and fix them if you want but it won't be a big deal if you don't.
Content - No unnecessary stuff and the content in the guide is pretty good for the most part. Well done! I like how you added Hybrid Pen Marks as another option for marks. Diana auto-attacks a lot anyways so it won't hurt if her AAs are a bit more powerful.
Final Thoughts and Grade:
Overall, a pretty decent guide with some questionable choices here and there. The guide graphics are really beautiful so good job with that!
