Lux lacks mobility, so hook champions are dangerous for her to lane into if she isn't aware of her surroundings or the CD's of said champions.
Seraphine
Aside from her ulti, Sera is not much a threat. She's squishy, and Lux just does her job better. shielding and healing can be countered with items that will buff Lux's damage to the whole team as well.
Zyra
Zyra has more sustained damage from her plants, and has a teamfight ultimate that can be detrimental to Lux and her allies. plus, she is able to sprout plants with her abilities, which can block Lux's Q from reaching her target.
Morgana
A good Morgana can beat pretty much anyone. she's a Morgana. what people might not understand is that Lux's CD's are short enough that she can abuse Morgana's E cooldowns, and her cc is able to hit multiple targets, while Morgana can only shield one. Overall, in a Morgana VS. Lux matchup, while Morg technically can counter her pretty hard, I think that it is more of a skill matchup.
Jhin
Jhin works well with most supports, but with Lux's poke and CC, Jhin is able to scale much earlier.
Caitlyn
If the Caitlyn is good, she will take advantage of a Lux CC and place a trap beneath the enemy champion while they are bound for a free headshot. This is a nasty duo.
Kai'Sa
While Lux provides CC, Kai'sa needs to be careful with her limits as she can easily R out of Lux's W/Q/E range.

Hello! I'm Firemagnet390. I don't play ranked much, (only last season for like ten games and this season for a few more), so I sit in Silver IV at the moment. I was a Lux one trick-- *debateably* still am, sitting at M7, 534k mastery points as of 2/6/22.
