This build is mainly for cool down and support. At level 16 if you have all the items recommended without the runes and ult to full, your ult coolness will be around 24. Your ability power will come from your stacks and mana thanks to archangel. If you are soloing at the start I recommend going for this build because at level 6 you can solo 1 vs 1 in the mid lane quit easily. If your fighting against a dps or ad or low health and armor hero you can easily win, but make sure your level is higher or the same and your health is a bit higher than theirs with all your skills ready including your secondary skills before initiating. This is how you do it. First of all wait for your opponent to come head on to you when he/she does hit em with Light Binding and only proceed if you succeed. Then use lucent singularity on them and activate it on them. Then basic attack them continuously and set your ignite on them asap! If your health starts to become low heal yourself before dying. Last thing to do is ult them and make sure to hit if they don't die the ignite will finish them off or one basic hit from you. If they die you get fed and they won't underestimate you again :D

Starting with Lucent Singularity will help you get a good range against your opponent. Also if you are laning with another hero then you will be able to gain sigh in bushes and avoid a trap or gank. Then Light Binding next. Light Binding is good to stop an opponent from escaping or to stun for an escape. Honestly you don't have to upgrade the skills the way like I did but I really recommend getting These to skills to level 2 before getting Barrier.
