I like and agree with this build. I dont know why the above say cool down reduction is essiential for lux o.o... Technically shes a support / dps.. spamming damage spells makes no sense O_O

the CDR comes from the masteries and glyphs which isnt much but not a lot is needed as she gets very low CD's in late game so i didnt see it as essential
