Pantheon's passive will allow him to completely ignore your bread and butter, your Q, and his cc and damage will destroy your now much more vulnerable hide.

Just try it, friends. Just try it.
Build just like I have shown for items, but masteries and runes are a bit more flexible. You are gonna wanna max your q first, w second, and then your e waaay at the end. Damage reduction is for nerds who can't heal their entire health bar with every Q. At this point, you might be asking why AP Warwick instead of, oh, jungle-AD or Tank? Well, the answer is in his mouthwatering AP scaling on his Q. Mix it with the fact that it procs lichbane, and that with a nashors you can do stupid damage with his ultimate as well, and you just made yourself a very scary pupper indeed.
Bite your way to victory, no one can touch you in the laning phase (go mid or top, btw. I prefer Mid but top is probably more reasonable) and late game, assassinate carries with your ult+a q, and chunk down tanks with your fancy percentage health damage and healing. Bruisers will give you some trouble, but the attack speed in your build mixed with some of warwicks passive should be more than enough to get the job done once your enemy is at low hp.
As for the rest of the playstyle, trial and error is your friend! Play it a bunch, don't be afraid to try new things, and remember to always tilt your enemy laners.
