1. there is no boots which is very good, 2. you dont really need rylais cause you have slow on your Q spell so it would be better with another health item instead of that. And you defiently needs boots for a build, otherwise its not so good because you are too slow.

overall a really nice Build, it isn't Mainstream/Meta-Gaming, but it works
and your enemies will go down cause they won't expect such dmg from a piece of stone ;)
I tried it out and it really works well if u train a lil' bit :)
