The magic pan. runes will help you more that ap or somthing eles becuse you need magic pen. aginste all champions
Seal's
The mana regen seals help you to stay longer on the lane (mid) you need i't to farm creep and if you want to dmg your enemy you need more mana regen
Glyph
The cooldown reduction will help you to get your void and with you void you a realy fast in farming ;)
Quintessence
The quintessence runes a ap you need a little ap boost at beggin but not like Vaigar or someone like that

Masteries

I use the utility build for my build it is nice becuse you become cd. reduction, speed, recharge time, mana regen, and meg. pen. All what you need

Items

The Zhonya's hourglass is the best item for begin. becuse you need it in team fights and solo fights. You need the ap and armor to playing aginste Mf, twich, xin .....
