Hello guys,
This is my Guide about Maokai and its also my first guide ever !
I do not tell u how to play him in basic i only tell u some advanced tatics that work well
for me. If u like to play him different do that its all free for u to edit
and if u dont like it pls dont hate or flame the comments. Thats all about the Introduction we
will come to the runes.

I choose the same rune build for jungle and solo because they work well on solo and jungle.

I take :
9x ability power Glyphs
9x armor Seals
9x magic penetration Marks

thats all for the runes lets come to the masteries

For masteries I take 2 nearly same masteries but there are some differences id like to tell u:

For solo :
I skill 9/0/21
In offence: I skill all points on Cooldown Reduction and Ability Power
In Utility : I skill Mana Regenaration 3 times and focus on Gold and Cooldown Reduction (and also spell vamp)

For jungle :
I simple focus on buff duration instead of spell vamp and i also put 2 points in exp get so u dont under lvl

First one is how to open a fight it also work on ganks:

1st : You throw you settling infront(or behind) of the enemy u want to attack
2nd : jump on him with your W
3rd : cast R and Q (if youre not lvl 6 or if you have cd just leave the R out)

Second one is to steal the blue (doesnt matter if youre solo or jungle):

its always a good tatic to give your teammates the buff they will thank u for that (also maybe with a honor) and always give it to the mid char .

This is how it works:

go at 6:40 to the buff of your enemy and start putting settlings till 7:15 the buff should respawn on 7:15 then juse smite to lower him (mark your teammate befor that happens or taake it yourself) u should be ready with it at 7:30 after that vanish in the jungle.


if u play jungle start with wolfes and the golem !!! Ganks as often as u can
