How to help your team.

This is simple, all you need to do in team fights to press (Q), then all enemies will try to kill you so you have to start healing (W). Let your team know then you are going in by marking one enemie and right away go HAM!!!

THE BEST item for you to build first.

What is your best item to get first?
It depends How good you are with poking and in team helping.
First things first if team fight are early, you just have ,but your good at farming, go with . Get 1400 gold and buy .
If you are bad in all ways get first item , get 1000 Gold and buy . When you get and you can now tank turrets and you will heal really quickly.
