dafuq did I just read, actually I didn't even get past the cheat sheet. Never seen so much wrong in one place. But here, I'll be nice and give you a list of things you could do to improve:
  • Archive Guide
  • Archive Guide
  • And if you don't want to do the above two, then I suppose you could just archive it, that always works

Ad yi is utterly useless in lvl 30 matches, unless employed as a jungler. And you build needs a major revamp. Eve I don't go for faceroll damage when I play ad tryndamere

Sorry this is not the way to go for Master Yi, do some more research on him and play more games before trying to make another build.

also use the help guides that are available for making guides.

level up 16 more times, update your guide, and i'll come back and give you cc. until then, here's your downvote, because as it is now this guide sucks for high level play (post 30).

Boots issue aside, you also have wrong runes, wrong masteries and wrong skill order.

It is a very boring read.

Since this guide is directed to new players, and new players like good reads, a lot of stuff needs to be changed.

I am not even going to read a guide that doesn't look attractive to me.

When I have time, I will update this. For now I will say that boots are most useful when you are in a very team based play, like with 4 friends and using microphone. They help you get to other places quicker and maybe save that team mate or tower, or maybe gank that guy before he escapes, but for most random games (I am level 14), I find boots to be of little to no use. They are certainly useless in the early game. They don't help me gank, nor farm mobs, nor stay in the fight. They just don't help.

That being said, I'm a very open minded person and if anyone could provide me with evidence that boots are worth more than other items, I'm all ears (or rather, eyes). When I first started playing Master Yi, I bought boots in the beggining and only replaced them towards the very end game. In the mean time, I've tried the potions method of starting the game and I found them to be far more useful.

The reason for that is that with the stack of health and mana potions, I win the great majority of early fights, make alot of gold and xp in the lane, and soon enough, I'm killing other champions. It snowballs from there. A Master Yi that is properly fed in the beggining just keeps on rising exponentially to the point where he becomes the hero of the team.

Also, I almost forgot to mention. Youmuu's Ghostblade and Highlander both increase movement speed when activated. Master Yi base speed is superior to most champions. Phantom Dancer also increased movement speed by 5%. Speed is rarely a problem for mid to end game.

I only give constructive criticism to guides which have potential. This one clearly has none.

I believe there's a reason that every pro, every high elo player and every level 30 takes boots on every champion. Not a matter of opinion.

That's true, I have no idea why anyone would go without boots.

Trash.

You see, there is no point in calling something "Trash" If you are not going to give constructive criticism in order to help the person improve. What can anyone learn from that? It might be true what you say, but it serves no purpose.
