In truth there is really no disadvantage or advantage between champions. It either you play good or that you didn't play as good as the enemy.

This build is mainly focus on ganks so as long as you see an opening to gank, go for it but don't dive in as if you have a yi main syndrome. If you can't get the kill/assist then just go back to what you were doing. When you reach Bloodthirster and their team is no fed, you should be able to get a penta-kill.
