Yes you have every reason, I used to play with ap chars for that reason I feel a great need for mana. I now play with Mord, this is the build that used for the master yi, I think that's not bad at all but of course, is not perfect xD

I think this is a good build if you Look at Items. However, if I look as Summoner Spells and Masterys and the (Lack of) Description, I would Prefer my own Style. Sorry, -1

Clarity is Unneccesairy, because you won't be spilling too much mana, if you're truely good.
Ignite, ok, But how do I escape A gank? :/
