This Build has been tested many times and I believe I have crafted the perfect build for healing. It balances damage, cool down reduction, and (of course) the power to heal. Honestly if you don't play jungle, screw it, play her support. Just replace the jungle item for a Zzrot Portal. If you like support than I think you're guaranteed to like this build. It is a high damage, high healing, high....low skill cap build. This can induce rage in the late game using only one heal. The enemy trades with you, BAM! Heal for half of your health. It's so BS but so fun. It's like playing with a Malzahar but you can have two of them on your team! Anyways, if you like playing stupidly broken things, give this a try.
