Introduction
Pros: Awesome jungler (seriously), can take some hits and live because of his lifesteal, and he can pump out damage, also being able to isolate an enemy carry with our ult is nice.
Cons: Can get knocked out of his ultimate easily. Timing is everything (You don't have to always initiate with your ult).

I start with the basic sword and a health pot. Why? I like the extra damage for pre-ult gank attempts, and the health pot will keep you in the jungle until you hit lvl 3 (and shouldn't need to go back after that except to get items).
Gotta get Wit's End and Madreds fast (It's a fact). I like the boots of swiftness (again, fast ww = no one escapes) and with your 'W' (and Madreds/Wit's End) you shouldn't need to buy beserker's greaves. The gunblade is good because it makes your moves and attacks heal you for more. I like getting atma and warmog's for extra damage and a little more survivability late game (but to be fair a game shouldn't last that long if you're doing your damn job).
Experiment with different item combos and find what works with your style of play.

WW belongs in the jungle. Go for ganks when you see them or your teammate calls for one (Unless they are...shall we say "dumb" and have no health or mana... you know who you are). You can gank before you have your ult but try to coordinate with teammates that have a stun, trap, or slow. Try to rob the buffs, but leave the little fellas, from the enemy jungle (but watch the map for mias). Communication is key, make sure you keep an eye out for the other jungler and his (or her) own gank attempts (help your team out). Drop wards in the river and jungle on occasion, especially when a buff is getting close to respawning (stealing a buff and getting a kill is always fun).
If you do your job the other team will be qq'n before the 20 minute mark.
