Anyway, great job writing such lenthy guide, thumbs up for determination!
As for the Jhin question. Jhin is an even threat because he cannot engage on you or establish the same amount of pressure as Draven because for Jhin to start anything it relies on you to mess up. Meanwhile Draven doesn't care, he just has to press W and run at you and you are forced to back off. With Jhin you can be mindful of his Q bouncing and dodge W with tumble. And one of the biggest reasons is, you simply can't 1v1 a decent Draven if both player skill levels are the same, emphasis on "decent". Not even a "good" one. Jhin once out of tools is dead meat if engaged at the right time.
