Many wont agree with my runes , coz of the lack of mana runes but i focused on armour pentration , that will help ALOT early game as in ur pentration will be more than any armour the enemy have which will make ur abilities hurt alot esp ur ulti

Typical mastery , 15% magic penetrate and the mana regen and cooldown that stacks with ur runes would be useful

yup the items might be expensive , thats why i chose armour pen runes , to make u dominate early game, attack speed and damage is mostly wt she needs, add some crit to it and BANG they dead, i added last whisper as an item for annoying health tanks, with it adn ur runes ul negate more than 100 armour on them which makes it easier for u to take them down

Skill i chose it to be balanced between offensive and defensive, i find make it rain is better to level up for kiting reasons and harassing as in double up hits 1 -2 targets while make it rain can hit a bunch , u level them up togther and by taking impure shots at level 4 , u can almost make a person read 30% health before they can reach to u at level 4, make it rain --> double up--> impure shots --> dead

yup clarity ! i find myself in alot of situational stats where im pressing my ability and i dont see them working coz i dont have any mana , or i wouldv escaped but the mana was short, it even makes ur laning time much longer, heck u have low health , u can spam make it rain to cree for gold and haress
