Miss Fortune Build

The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
(Under Construction: Still tweaking with the Rune build. Comments and recommendations towards it would be much appreciated.)
-Main team DPS
-Fast movement/attack speed
-Low ability cooldowns
-Hard hitting Bullet Time and Make it Rain abilities
-Often focus fired by the enemy
-Crowd Control stuns, taunts, and fears can really hurt
-Tanks who rush magic resist isn't a plus either
Miss Fortune's Abilities:
-Strut Miss Fortune gains an additional 25 movement speed after 7 seconds of not being attacked, increasing each second up to 80 maximum bonus speed. (Awesome passive, gives swift travel, helps chase down enemies, harass, and farm.)
-Double Up Miss Fortune fires a shot at an enemy target, dealing 35/70/105/140/175 (+1 per attack damage) physical damage and 120% of that damage to another enemy target behind the first. Applies on-hit effects. (Nice nuke and works well with this build since it does run some attack damage.)
-Impure Shots Passive: Miss Fortune deals 6/8/10/12/14 (+5% of ability power) magic damage to her target with each attack, cumulatively stacking up to 4 times on the same target.
Active: Miss Fortune's attack speed is increased by 30/35/40/45/50% for 6 seconds and causes her attacks to lower healing received and health regeneration by the target by 50%. (Awesome passive, puts your ability power into your shots with a great debuff for harassing. On Activation gives a rape attack speed bonus and anti-heal debuff to prevent those enemy heal pop getaways.)
- Make it Rain Miss Fortune fires hundreds of bullets into the air which rain down at a location after 0.5 seconds, dealing 95/155/210/275/335 (+80% of ability power) magic damage over 2 seconds and slowing enemies hit by 20/25/30/35/40% for 1.5 seconds. (Main move of this build, slows enemies for chases/getaways, great AOE damage, great for farming, and easily spammed with its low cooldown. Too good of a move.)
-Bullet Time Miss Fortune channels a barrage of bullets into a cone in front of her for 2 seconds, dealing 60/85/110 plus the higher value between (+20% of ability power) or (50% of weapon damage) magic damage per bullet. (Crazy massive AOE nuke with ridiculous range. Receives damage increase from both your ability power and your attack damage. Caution use of this move may result in massive enemy QQ and possible Rage Quit, use at your own risk.)
-Ghost to chase down kills and for quick getaways.
-Exhaust to blind enemies, slow for a few more hits of Bullet Time, guarantee the kill, or even for the occasional great escape. Just too useful not to have.
-Start with Meki Pendant for the mana regeneration; helps a lot with enemy harassment and farming with the Make it Rain ability. The two Heath Potions keep you in the lane to farm, get the level advantage, and do Miss Fortune stuff.
-Fiendish Codex for some ability power and cooldown reduction = moar ability spamming.
-I like speed increase from Boots of Swiftness for fast travel, chasing down kills, and escaping death, but if you prefer more damage you can swap these for Sorcerer's Shoes, or Mercury Treads if you are up against a team with a lot of cc.
-Nashor's Tooth for ability power, attack speed, and even MOAR cooldown reduction.
-Guinsoo's Rageblade for ability power, attack damage, and passive buff that Miss Fortune can easily generate stacks of with the attack speed bonus/cooldown reduction from Nashor's Tooth and activation of her ability Impure Shots.
-Rylai's Crystal Scepter for good ability power, health increase, and passive slow to keep kills from getting away. I usually get this after Guinsoo's Rageblade if I'm doing well but if I'm dying or being targeted too much ill rush this before Guinsoo's Rageblade for the survivability.
or another-Hextech Gunblade for ability power, attack damage, life steal, spell vamp, and a activation effect that deals 300 magic damage and applies yet Another slow. I love Hextech Gunblade but if the enemy really has it out to kill you, you can replaced this item with another Rylai's Crystal Scepter for more survivability, because dieing is such a fun killer.
-Zhonya's Ring for Massive ability power and a activation effect that applies two seconds of invulnerability to save you from those near death situations. This last item just pulls the whole build together with loads of ability power.
