Some things I think should be changed:

- Bloodthirster was nerfed recently, early game it's pretty much useless, buy it late game.
-The matchup section should be shorter and put after the everything else.
-You need a summoner spell section, no mention of Barrier or Cleanse.
-Need support matchup chapter, laning phase chapter, and more content in teamwork chapter.
- Vayne is not a guy :)

Other than that the items, runes, and masteries are all good choices.

Also, blue build ez has nothing to do with this, it had viability because of low cooldowns, natural mobility and because it's a longer range skillshot with no cast time. Miss fortune will never be able to pull it off, she needs to build raw damage and armor penetration so she can actually deal damage and be useful, as well as cast a painful Bullet Time. As such, she needs to go Bloodthirster > attack speed item (PD or Shyv) > Last Whisper. You could consider triforce although it's a pain to build and she doesn't use it as effectively as champions like Lucian

Miss Fortune's Double Up could be like Mystic Shot but with a rebound, you remember 's blue build? gauntlet for the perma slow with Mystic Shot. Now it's the same but with Miss Fortune, but Trinity Force is better, that's why gauntlet is in other choices.
About Spirit Visage, I know Banshee's veil is better, that's why it's in the core build. Spirit Visage still viable if they don't have a team like you need Banshee's passive and visage passive still nice so if you get Botrk+Bloodthrister+Visage your lifesteal will be insane.

Forgot about PD, but Gauntelt, Wit's End and Visage are pretty garbage because as an ADC you want to have the best possible items and that's why ADC builds are always quite expensive. Regarding defensive items for instance no one has built Banshee's Veil before they buffed it and increased its costs because it was less effective than the most expensive items. Now it's one of the most common defensive and Visage is no real alternative because BV works just significantly with Impure Shots and against the current meta pickups.

Hi!First of all I don't think other choices section is odd, Iceborn gauntlet is a better option if you need to be more defensive and the passive works good with Q.
Spirit visage is another item to get magic ressist+HP, it could be replaced for Banshee.
Mercurial scimitar for the AD+Magic ressist, the passive always works properly if they have a malzahar, warwick...(stops stunts slows...)
Wit's end work good on Miss Fortune too because of the attack speed, magic ressist and the passive which one has a synergy with W's passive.
The last one, phantom dancer, what can I say about this? just another attack speed/crit item for an ADC, always works.

You cannot max an ability at level 8, some of your other choices in the item section are odd (just put in BotrK, Zephyr and Mercurial Scimitar), your guide lacks of overall content (for instance expand your content about ability usage) and about the TriForce choice I guess many people would argue with you ...
